We manage our sustainability efforts through a transparent and participatory structure. Our sustainability initiatives are regularly monitored and evaluated by the Board of Directors, committees, and teams. The ultimate responsibility for sustainability management lies with the Board of Directors.
The Sustainability Committee, which is responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking sustainability strategies, consists of the CEO, Deputy CEOs, and the Head of People, Culture, and Sustainability Group. The duties and responsibilities of the Sustainability Committee are defined in the Sustainability Committee Duties and Responsibilities Policy under the headings of strategic governance, policy, implementation, internal awareness, culture, and stakeholder management.
We report our sustainability goals and action plans to senior management annually and meet with the Sustainability Committee at least once a year.
There are five sustainability working groups under our sustainability governance structure: Environment and Climate Change; Equality, Diversity and Inclusion; Sustainable Products and Services; Sustainable Finance; and Green Digital Transformation.
