Through our corporate social responsibility project At All Ages, we strive to guide society in preparing for aging and to transform the negative perception of old age into a positive one.
Within the scope of this project, which represents one of the most significant outcomes of our sustainable human resources vision and our core value of equality, we continue our efforts to increase the proportion of women in management positions, enhance female representation in departments where women are underrepresented, and raise awareness on gender equality.
hrough our partnership with ATOS, we are carrying out the Deniz Yıldızları Project to create call center employment opportunities for women facing hardship, including those who have suffered economic, psychological, or physical violence and reside in women’s shelters, as well as for persons with disabilities
